Joyce Odidison, M.A, CPC, ACC.
Life Strategist, Conflict Analyst Coach
Joyce Odidison, M.A is the President and owner of JBA Consulting and Life Coaching Centre. She is a Conflict Analyst, trained Mediator and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) specialist. She is also a strategist and certified Life Coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Having acquired a bachelor degree in Conflict Resolution and a Masters degree in Conflict Analysis and Management, Joyce has spent the last 12 years helping organizations develop and implement Interpersonal Wellness SolutionsTM.
These included a range of strategies to prevent, intervene and resolve diversity, cultural, systemic and intergenerational conflicts. She has also been instrumental in the design and implementation of Informal Conflict Management Systems (ICMS) and the implementation of respectful workplace programs for her clients.
